Purely Lavender

The Essential Oil of Lavender has been traditionally used to help alleviate stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, and to help balance emotions. It may also be very helpful for headaches and migraines.

Diffuse, or inhale from cotton ball, tissue, aromatherapy necklace, or Inhaler.

Topically applied, Lavender is very good for reducing muscle tension. Mix 6 drops with 1 ounce carrier oil or lotion and apply to temples, neck and shoulder muscles, or any other tight, sore, or fatigued muscles. You may add 6 to 10 drops to a warm bath.

Lavender may also be sparingly used straight on the skin for burns, or to help heal cuts, insect bites, etc. and help combat infection and itching.
