The Essential Oils in this blend have been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of insomnia, depression, anxiety, and stress. Diffuse, or inhale from cotton ball or tissue, or add 6 drops to bath water.
Essential Oils of: Lavender, Marjoram, and Bay Laurel.
Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing.

This “Sweet Dreams” Sleep synergy seems to be quite sedative for some people (including me) so don’t use it just for relaxation, it could put you into naptime instead!
Don’t forget – don’t use any one essential oil product constantly. They work best when you switch off to a different blend every couple of weeks or so. For sleep pattern disturbances, I trade off from this synergy to Blue Magic lotion (regular) on the bottoms of my feet, or one of the Bath Products mentioned above.
