Before you begin your sauna session, be sure to "dry brush". That's right, no water, just brush your skin all over to exfoliate and increase circulation. This natural bristle brush has little massaging knobs, and a long wood handle so you can get to those hard-to-reach places. If you wet this brush, the bristles get too soft to do much good in terms of preparing your skin for a good heavy sweat!
